Hey all you designer-to bes and wannabes: Got a little good-for-you competition. Campus Progress, a project of the Center for American Progress, has just launched a tee-shirt design campaign. Yes, I’m one of the judges – so shmooze me and I’ll shmooze Rogan, Ben and the other judges into picking ya. Ahhh, okay, just kidding. This kind of design can’t be bought – so if you got talent – go ahead and flaunt that shit and show us that you are in fact da shit. If you rock our socks off (or in this case, our tees…yipee!) before June 7th under the theme of “What is Progress?” - you will get some pretty cool prizes…Grand Prizer winner will receive $800 smackeroos; have their tee-shirt design in an upcoming issue of Utne (and other outlets); and distributed to 1,000 walking billboards (i.e. students) attending the 2009 Campus Progress National Student Conference in Washington, DC. Wicked, right? **And don’t worry Runner-ups. You get a little smackeroo (on the cheek) too. Details here.
